Let’s celebrate our 2024 Seniors!! 


Baccalaureate was hosted by the Ministerial Alliance on Sunday, May 12, with Arnett FBC Pastor Evan Jolliff giving the inspiration to this year’s graduating seniors. 


On Tuesday, May 14, the class took their Senior Walk through the elementary, middle, and high schools giving high fives and hugs to younger students and former teachers. That afternoon, they were presented awards and scholarships at the high school awards assembly. 


Senior Commencement Ceremonies were held Friday, May 17, at 7 PM in the high school auditorium. We are proud of this class and wish them the best of luck!


Canon Hardin began the 2024 Arnett Senior Commencement Ceremony with the invocation.


Talara Brown gave the Salutatorian address.


Brianna Marenco delivered the Valedictorian speech.


Alyssa Smith, Brianna Marenco, and Talara Brown recounted their class’s history from PK to their Senior year.


Rylee Keith received her diploma from Superintendent Scot Friesen and JB McCartor, Arnett School Board of Education President.


Ryan Elder accepted his diploma from Superintendent Scot Friesen.


School Board President, JB McCartor, congratulated Leland Daniels.


Merced Sanchez walked the aisle as a 2024 AHS graduate.


Lathen West ended the ceremony with the benediction.

Juniors Harley Shoaf, Landry Bayless, Landree Parsons, and Cadie McCracken were Ushers for the Baccalaureate and Graduation ceremonies.


During the high school award assembly, Senior Lathen West received the Jeff Knowles Memorial Scholarship. It was presented by Arnett’s School Counselor, Mrs. Alison Kincannon.


Senior Merced Sanchez earned honor cords from the Oklahoma Blood Institute from donating blood 6 times during his high school career. These were presented by Arnett Beta Club Sponsor, Mrs. Jena Burcham.


Senior Canon Hardin placed in the Masonic Lodge Senior Essay contest with Scott Vincent presenting him his award.


Senior Talara Brown received the Higgins Hog Roast scholarship from LeAnna Thompson.


Carli Word awarded Senior Alyssa Smith the Newman Memorial Hospital scholarship for her healthcare-related planned field of study.


Senior Brianna Marenco was presented with the Farmers & Merchants Bank Valedictorian scholarship by Lisa Friesen.
