The Arnett Beta Club hosted a Blood Drive this past Wednesday. Beta members volunteered at the sign-in table while teachers, high school students, and community members donated blood.

The Arnett fast-pitch softball team had the opportunity to play in the Oklahoma High School Fall Festival at Devon Park. They got the win over (2A)Chouteau-Mazie 17-0 and (A)Porum 15-3. They fell to (2A)Oktaha 0-8 and (4A)Newcastle 7-8.
On Friday, the softball team greeted the elementary students as they arrived to school.
Senior Sean Sanchez hit a 3-run homerun against Sweetwater on Thursday. Arnett went on to win 20-6.
Superintendent/Coach Friesen brought this week’s “Wednesday Wisdom” to the baseball boys. His message focused on doing what it takes to succeed. He stated, “No matter what you want to do, it doesn’t matter how bad you want it, you have to be willing to do what it takes to earn it. Whatever you want to do, do it right.“
