Teachers at Kenny Farms

Mrs. Broyles and the staff at Arnett Schools are pleased to invite all Veterans to their annual Veterans Day Program on November 11th. The celebration will begin with a breakfast hosted by the Arnett BETA Club for former and active military members and their families at 8:15 AM.

The program will follow at 9 AM, honoring the service and sacrifices of those who have served in the military. This event is a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation and come together as a community. The program is always very special and the students look forward to honoring our Veterans and active military members.

Eli Coykendall took the stage with the WOCDA High School Honor Choir on October 21 at the Elk City Performing Arts Center. Under the direction of Dr. Tracy Gregg-Boothby, the choir practiced throughout the day before delivering an impressive performance that evening.

This marks Eli’s fourth year as a member of the WOCDA honor choir, a testament to his dedication and talent. His music teacher, Nicki Broyles, praised Eli’s commitment to music.

The concert showcased the hard work of the choir members, who came together to create a memorable evening of music.

On Friday, the Pre-K through 3rd graders at Arnett Elementary School took a fall field trip to Kenny Farms, located east of Woodward. The cool day set the stage for a range of activities that engaged the young students.

The adventure began with tram rides around the pumpkin patch, followed by fun on a giant slide and throwing footballs through hoops. The petting zoo featured goats, llamas, pigs, and rabbits, and students had a blast playing in the corn.

Pony and horse rides were also popular among the children. When asked about his favorite part, 3rd grader Kyler Ham said, "EVERYTHING, I can't pick just one thing."

Students enjoyed their sack lunches with classmates, making the trip a great opportunity for socializing. The visit to Kenny Farms was a memorable outing that kicked off the fall season for Arnett Elementary students.
