On Monday, December 16, 2024, the students at Arnett Elementary School celebrated their annual "Polar Express" Day. The festive tradition brought excitement and joy as students arrived at school dressed in their cozy pajamas, ready to immerse themselves in the magical story.
Classrooms transformed into makeshift movie theaters where students gathered to watch The Polar Express movie. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and holiday cheer as children sipped on hot chocolate and enjoyed an assortment of snacks while following the adventures of the film’s characters.
The day not only celebrated the holiday season but also reinforced the spirit of community and togetherness among students and staff. "Polar Express" Day has become a beloved tradition at Arnett Elementary, leaving everyone eagerly looking forward to next year’s celebration.

On December 19, 2024, Arnett School celebrated its annual Santa Claus Day, spreading holiday joy to students and staff alike. Hosted by the Kiwanis Club, the event featured a visit from Santa himself. Each student received a festive bag filled with candy, generously provided by the club.
The highlight of the day was the chance for everyone to meet and take pictures with Santa, creating cherished memories. A heartfelt thank you to the Kiwanis Club for continuing this beloved holiday tradition!

Arnett Elementary Celebrates the Holiday Season with Fun and Festivities
Arnett Elementary students wrapped up the last day before Christmas break with a special trip to Canadian to watch the movie Inside Out 2. This annual tradition, organized by the school staff, was filled with excitement as students enjoyed popcorn and pop during the show.
After returning to school, each class held its own festive Christmas party to cap off the day. Students were released at 1:30 p.m. to begin their holiday break. Classes will resume on January 7, 2025. Happy holidays to all!
