The area tournament has been delayed again, it will now be played on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Lady Wildcats play at 6:30 Monday.

Pre-K all dressed up for Two’s Day

Landree, Emma, Abby, and MaKale were selected to represent Arnett as a member of the Woodward District Livestock Show. Landree participated yesterday for the barrow show and Emma, Abby, and Kale are there today for the gilt show.

Music Flower Fundraiser begins on February 21st. Third through 6th grade students will be selling Dutch Mill flower bulbs until March 7. Each student will have a goal of selling 4 packages. The top salesperson will receive a prize, and the top selling class will receive an ice cream party.
Congratulations to the 7th & 8th grade English students who placed in the Delta Kappa Gamma essay contest. They were honored at a luncheon where they read their essays and received a certificate and prize money.

Arnett FFA Officers and Members presented a recruitment program for 5th, 6th and 7th on Friday morning - these students explained a wide array of activities and events you can participate in while being a FFA member.
The 7th grade Science class has been learning about Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration. They completed the lab “Exhaling Carbon Dioxide.” A few students had to do exercises to identify what body structures help carry out cellular respiration.

Brooklyn Bayless is 1 of 252 recipients from more than 2,900 applicants of the $1,000 National Beta Scholarship to be used towards her first year of college. Congratulations, Brooklyn!
Due to the weather Arnett schools will be closed today.
Jr. Beta members are preparing for the State Beta Convention in March. They have been taking online academic tests, collaborating on multiple hands-on projects, and using technology to create videos and presentations.

1st and 2nd grade enjoyed the petting zoo the Arnett FFA put on for the elementary!
The Art Class continues to push their comfort zones! They began learning the grid method and are excelling at it!
