Rodeo weekend is an exciting time in Arnett! A-Town TV is proud to once again be hosting the Ranch Rodeo 5K. Adults are $10.00 and students are FREE. All proceeds go to our media program at the school, A-Town TV. A special thanks to Day County Services for sponsoring this event for us and also to Sheriff Shane Booth and the Ellis County Sheriff's Office for keeping our course safe. Also to our friends at R&R Grocery for donating prizes for our winners. Hop on the course and start the day off right Saturday, September 28!

Wildcat fans! It's that time of the year again for A-Town TV. We passed out our sponsorship letters and forms today to every student to take home. Our students will also be going around to local businesses over the next few weeks. If you are interested in a sponsorship or advertisement for the 2024-2025 school year, or just want more information on them, contact us using the information on the forms. We appreciate the support to our media team as we try to make our students shine all year long! Go cats!
Any 10-12th grade students who are seeking to mentor incoming 7th graders need to complete this form. This form will better able me to match you up with a student that fits the same interests as you. Help these students have a smoother transition to the next phase in their academic careers.

Arnett teachers and staff are looking forward to a great 2024-2025 school year!!
Today, Arnett teachers and staff heard from their POE and AFLAC representatives. They also had a familiar face give a presentation from the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services. Administrators and secretaries went over different procedures and changes for the upcoming school year as well.
Arnett Schools would like to give a big thank you to the Arnett United Methodist Church for the wonderful salad and sandwich luncheon that they provided today, along with the donation of school supplies. This meal is looked forward to every year.

Today, Arnett staff received CPR, AED, and First Aid Training from Ellis County EMS. 3rd-7th grade Computer Science teachers also attended a virtual training for the Robotify program.
Arnett Schools would like to extend a huge thank you to the Arnett Church of Christ for the amazing breakfast this morning, as well as, ASAP for providing pizza, cookies, and fruit for lunch today. We are always blessed by our small community.
It's almost time! PK-6th graders, come meet your teachers and bring your school supplies to your classroom on August 14 from 4-6 pm.
7th graders, come for a sneak peak to get your locker assignment, tour the school and pick up your Chromebook!
Online enrollment will open August 9th and we will have staff at the school cafeteria from 4-6 pm if you need assistance. New students need to bring a birth certificate, immunization record and social security card. 7th graders need to have proof of their Tdap shot before enrolling.
Any junior high or high school student that is interested in auditioning for WOCDA, JH All-State, or HS All-State honor choirs, this is a great workshop to help you get started learning your music. Please have your parent contact Mrs.Broyles ASAP if you would like to attend.

Attention all incoming 6th-12th grade athletes:
If you are still in town next week, we will have summer pride for both boys and girls starting at 8 am. This will be Monday - Wednesday (July 8,9, & 10). Go cats!
The OSSAA mandatory summertime dead period is June 29-July 7, 2024. All school athletic facilities will be closed during this time and there will be no communication between coaches and student athletes during this period.
