The 9th and 10th computer applications class has been working hard on the end-of-year recap video. A-Town TV takes great pride in being a student-led program. The kids have helped support the live-stream all year long and this video shows not only their hard work, but the hard work our teachers put in day in and day out. There were lots of photos submitted from our teachers and staff and the kids did an amazing job putting it all together. Hope you all enjoy!

Today is Administrative Professionals' Day, and we have four wonderful secretaries that take care of us and keep us in line every single day at Arnett Public Schools. We couldn't do our jobs without them. To show our gratitude, staff members cooked breakfast and provided some goodies for each secretary.

The little kids PE class have been competing against one another in the jump rope ninja challenge all year. The black belt is the highest level they can achieve and it requires 100 consecutive jump ropes without failure. Today, Tiegan Dearing not only achieved that, but had 157 ! Congrats Tiegan, and thank you Mrs. Wheeler for the cool idea!
This week's Farmer's and Merchant's Bank "Banking on a Wildcat" goes to Miss Bella Booth. Bella's teacher's had this to say about her: "Bella is a very intelligent and creative individual. MISS ARNETT - Levi C., Brooklyn, Lola, Adante, Levi S., Charity, Jasmine and Josie need to meet in the math room this Sunday at 1:45 pm with their instruments and music. They will not be able to get into the band room to get anything. Please dress nicely and look your best - boys please wear a tucked in button up shirt with a collar; girls please do not wear jeans. The pageant starts at 2 pm and the band will play towards the end. ARTS CONCERT - all band members need to be on the stage, ready to warm up at 6:30 pm on Tuesday (April 23). It's incredible how one person's act of kindness can have such a profound impact on a community. Sean Cummings's dedication to honoring his late wife Cathy by erasing school lunch debt in Oklahoma is truly inspiring. Recently Mr. Cummings stopped by Arnett Schools to help with outstanding lunch bills for Arnett students! His gesture not only alleviates financial burdens for students and their families but also spreads a message of compassion and generosity. It's wonderful to see individuals like Mr. Cummings making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Thank you, Mr. Cummings!

Book Fair Parent Night is this Wednesday after school until 6:30 pm.
We only have a few week's left and Farmer's and Merchant's Bank is still "Banking" on our Wildcats. This week they are banking on Ms. Lauryn Bayless. Lauryn's teacher's had this to say about her: "Lauryn always does what is asked of her, always has work done, and is polite. She doesn't give up and doesn't back down from a challenge. 🌸5:15-Sophomore servers be at the little gym.
🌼5:45-Jr. parents help fill plates for banquet.
🌸6:00-Banquet & dinner begins.
🌼7:45-Students line up in their vehicles at the big gym for promenade. 🌸8:00-Promenade begins with introductions being announced along the HS circle drive. Bleachers will be set up under the awning. You may bring your own lawn chairs as well. (There will be no introductions inside.)
🌼Professional pictures during prom by Kimberly Booth Portrait Expressions are $15. Please prepay with cash, check, or Venmo. Individual and date pictures will be available to download online.
🌸9:00-The dance begins with prizes being given out until midnight. (Students must be present to win.)
🌼Midnight-Students dismissed to change for breakfast and after prom.
🌸12:30-Breakfast at the big gym. (Students will not be allowed to enter after 12:45 AM)

His work colleagues had this to say about him: "Mr. Long is a dedicated teacher to his subject area and to his students.
