This week's Farmer's and Merchant's Bank "Banking on a Wildcat" goes to our own staff member, Leslie Girton. The teacher's and student's had this to say about Miss Leslie: "Ms. Leslie has been a wonderful addition to our staff this year. She is willing to help anywhere and everywhere, anyone and everyone. She interacts with the students so well and is so helpful to them in the library. She has brought a sense of fun, consistency, and support to our library and media area. She is extremely helpful and treats the students with respect. Arnett FFA is hosting a Christmas Party! It will be hosted in the ag building from 5pm to 8pm open to ALL 8th through 12th graders. Supper will be provided along with chips, queso, a hot chocolate bar, and many other delicious snacks! We will have games, movies, an ugly Christmas sweater contest, and much more!

The sheriff's department has notified us that the inmate is back in custody.
At 1:12 p.m. the sheriff’s department alerted the school to an escaped inmate from the courthouse. We immediately locked the school down. At 1:22 the sheriff’s office gave the school the all clear and instructed us to return to normal school activities. We are being extra vigilant but wanted to make the parents aware of what is going on.
SCHEDULE CHANGE: the 3rd & 4th grade boys will play first at 4:30 today and girls immediately following in Shattuck's Old Gym.

Levi was selected by a group of students and they had this to say about him: "Levi is a happy and respectful kid. He has the best hair in the school and he is so fun to be around.
